Rene Marie Russo, an American actress and filmmaker who was previously a supermodel, is a film director. Known for her elegant beauty her endurance in the demanding film industry shows her skills and talent as a performer. When she was a model in her early years, she first began modeling in the 70s. Her popularity quickly grew within the world of modeling. At the beginning of 1990, she began studying acting and theatre.
