Andrea Anders
Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin, and raised at DeForest, Wisconsin, but she now lives at Los Angeles. She earned a diploma from DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. In 1997 she graduated with an undergraduate degree in fine arts from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. In 2001, she earned a Masters of Fine Arts at Rutgers University. Anders had a romance with Matt LeBlanc (whom she met on the set of Joey) as her former co-star from the series that ended in a cancellation. Sean Anders directs her (Sex Drive, never been Thawed). Since 2001 Anders made her debut as a theatre actress. She appeared in Elaine Robinson, the Broadway version of The Graduate's Elaine Robinson. On the Jump appeared on the Arena Stage. New Doors was staged at The Guthrie Theater. Cold/Tender as along with New World Rhapsody are two New York Stage & Film performances. Anders began her acting career in May 2007 at The Geffen Playhouse production of Fat Pig. Fat Pig was closed by July 1, 2007. She played Jeannie who was an accountant. Anders made her debut in a commercial on television for Dannon back in the 1990s. Then again, around in the year. Anders is well known for her part as Nicole Allen in The Class. The character was the wife of a former football player, Nicole Allen. Although she was in the two shows, they both ended up being cancelled. Anders has also been seen in guest parts on One Life to Live and Law & Order. She has made appearances as characters on The Guiding Light. In 2003 she appeared as Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. Anders also appeared in minor appearances in The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders made an appearance in Numb3rs (2008). Anders has also appeared in two TV pilots that did not succeed. Spellbound was one of them, as was News To Me another. Anders' most recent role was Better Off Ted. This is a workplace comedy with one camera, created by Victor Fresco and broadcast on ABC.
